Exposure Notification

Apple added a new feature to IOS 15.2 that provides “exposure notification on iPhones. The idea is that you get notified if you have been in contact with someone who has come down with Covid. Paula got just such a notification this afternoon.

So far she has not had any symptoms but over to Kaiser to get tested. Better safe than sorry.

Here’s how you set it up (or disable it).

First tap the “Settings” app

Then scroll down and tap the “Exposure Notification” button.

Then check you notification status. Either enable or disable according to what you want. So one can report if you have infected. So your friends will be notified.
