Not much to say here. We left Memphis at about 8:30. Had breakfast at a Denny’s in West Memphis then headed up I55. Decided to skip the donut and coffee at the hotel.

Seeing as this was Sunday, there was little traffic around St Louis. Had lunch at a place called “Ryan’s” south of St Louis. This was a nice buffet style restaurant that seems to popular in the South and west. It seems that everyone was taking their grandparents for sunday dinner. At any rate we ate and bought gas and headed north to I70.

Tomorrow we will be heading to Lawrence KS to visit one of Paula’s relatives. Then we continue on and probably will get to Salina by day’s end.

Today we did about 400 miles and 2600 miles total. Our route will take us west to Denver then north on I25 to Cheyenne, then west on I80.

Stop in Evanston planned to buy beer for Neil.
